Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our official website or approved communication channels. A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation notification from our system.
Session Selection
Customers are required to:
- Select their preferred session/package
- Choose the booking date and time
- Enter the correct number of participants
- Provide accurate contact information
Arrival Time
Customers are requested to arrive at least 15–20 minutes before their scheduled session time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time depending on availability and operational schedule.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests should be made before the booked session timing. Approval depends on slot availability and management confirmation.
