By booking or participating in any activity with Art Surf, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Participation Requirements
• Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by staff at all times.
• Minimum age and height restrictions may apply (minimum age required is 7years old)
• Participants must be in good physical condition and free from any medical conditions that could be aggravated by surfing.
• Participants must have the ability to swim. - Liability
• All participants are required to sign a safety document before participating.
• Art Surf is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the activity. - Booking & Payments
• Full payment is required before the session starts.
• Private Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. - Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the session may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
• No-shows will be charged in full. - Late Arrival Policy
• Holding time is 20 minutes.
• Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled session.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or cancellation without refund. - Safety Rules
• Pushing, or unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited.
• Staff reserve the right to remove any participant who does not follow safety rules without refund. - Weather & Operational Conditions
• Art Surf reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather conditions, maintenance, or safety concerns.
• In such cases, customers will be offered rescheduling or a refund. - Damage & Responsibility
• Participants are responsible for any damage caused to equipment or facilities due to misuse or negligence.
• Additional charges may apply for damages. - Photography & Media
• Art Surf may take photos or videos during sessions for promotional purposes.
• By participating, you agree to the use of your image unless you inform staff otherwise. - Personal Belongings
• Lockers may be provided, but Art Surf is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
